CONTRACT DURATION: 12 MONTHS PAY RATE: $ 26.60 PER HR ON W2 WORK TIMING – 10 PM TO 6:30 AM (NIGHT SHIFT) MONDAY TO FRIDAY  ( ON FRIDAY HOURS ARE 6 PM – 2:30 AM)

MUST HAVE A 4 YR DEGREE. MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, HOURS WILL VARY SOME BASED ON CLIENT NEED. FIRST WILL BE A PHONE INTERVIEW AND  2ND INTERVIEW WILL BE INPERSON INTERVIEW. 

LOCATION - CHELMSFORD MA 01824   NOTE - TRAVEL IS REQUIRED USING ONE’S PERSONAL VEHICLE (REIMBURSED WILL PROVIDED UNDER THE COMPANY’S EXPENSE ACCOUNT POLICY) TO PROVIDE TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT FOR CUSTOMERS AND TO SUPPORT CLIENT CORE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides support activities in an assigned area. Performs equipment exchange and recording inventory controls, software installations and program updates, troubleshooting and problem resolution on computer and Telecommunication systems. Train users on supported software and hardware with understanding of technology from a user perspective as well as technical perspective. Assist users to resolve computer related problems such as inoperative hardware or software. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Access, Word, Excel and Outlook.Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to prioritize daily tasks. Performs equipment exchange and recording inventory controls, software installations and program updates, troubleshooting and problem resolution on computer and Telecommunication systems. Train users on supported software and hardware with understanding of technology from a user perspective as well as technical perspective.
