JOB DUTIES:
Projects will vary from multi-volume Design-Build RFP proposal responses to Task Order RFP proposal responses with qualifications, technical approaches, and cost/schedule/Pro Forma information.
- Must be proficient in developing large complex estimates, coordinating estimates and delineating scopes of work for all divisions.
- Responsible for both generating estimates as well as reviewing the estimates of others from the corporate estimating team.
- In addition, you will be asked to lead and organize the work of engineering and construction associates along with related proposal coordination personnel.
- You will work in an interdepartmental team environment.
- The environment is deadline-driven and can be high-stress with consecutive, high profile and highly strategic projects.
Required Skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Past project manager experience required.
- Must have a heavy construction background.
- You must have knowledge of both horizontal and vertical construction estimating.
- Knowledge of government and commercial proposal preparation.
