JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a general posting for 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm) production positions at Lear Corporation Traverse City. Lear Traverse City is a manufacturing facility that specializes in terminal die stamping and plastic injection molding and has operated in our current location for over 50 years.

Over the course of June-September, we will be staffing our facility to prepare for our new launch in October. All positions at Lear Traverse City are full-time 40 hour per week, direct hire positions with a full benefits package including Health, Vision, Dental, 401K match, and paid vacation.

We offer two excellent health insurance plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan that start at $15.49 per pay period and $25.19 per pay period for an individual.

All positions at Lear are subject to a background check and a hair follicle drug screen.

Required Skills Required Experience

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Registered or Certified Medical Assistant preferred
• BLS Certification preferred
