Swiss Lathe Machinist

Shift: 2nd and 3rd shifts

Pay: $20-25/hr + 15% Weekend Shift Premium

Job Description:

• Perform set ups and operation of Swiss Lathe CNC Machines

• Upload programs, change out and set tooling, and fixtures

• Use all measurement and inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, gauges, etc.

• Perform complete changeovers of CNC machine according to job orders

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

• Check finished parts for quality assurance; remove burrs as necessary

• Follow all safety procedures

You should be proficient in:

• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Blueprint Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Calipers and Micrometers
• CNC Swiss Lathe

Salary info:

$20 - $25 / hr
