    Avalon Park Independent Living is currently seeking a Part Time Moving Coordinator who would work in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and/or specific instruction from the Executive Director. The Move-In Coordinator performs all the necessary functions of ensuring a successful move-in of all future residents.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    1. Assists and guides future residents in the move-in process from deposit to move-in.
    2. Communicates with internal stakeholders including community leadership and other departments along with vendors as needed regarding any requests for apartment related changes.
    3. Prepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately.
    4. Serves as the primary contact with the future resident regarding move-in dates and details surrounding the move-in.
    5. Develops and updates as needed the community move-in guide.
    6. Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    7. Serves as a backup for inquiry calls, walk in tours and scheduled appointments.
    8. Participates in marketing events as directed by the Executive Director/ Sales Team.
    9. Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner.
    10. Embraces Extraordinary Impressions best practices in the marketing office and influences hospitality focused environment throughout the community.
    11. Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
    12. Follow the Avalon Park sales process and utilization of all sales tools.
    13. Utilizes and maximizes use of CRM, including Sherpa Prospect Selling methodology.
    14. Drives personal vehicle to customer home as needed to help with move-in process and advance prospects/depositors.
    15. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

    EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • One year experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field
    • One year experience in hospitality preferred
