Key Responsibilities - 5+ years of relevant work experience which includes developing business requirements for automation (RPA, IDP, AI/ML) and process transformation projects across multiple business units and at an enterprise level in the E&C industry - 3+ years of experience leading workshops, facilitation meetings and developing agreements with business stakeholders around process standardization and automation roadmaps - 5+ years of demonstrated experience in the understanding of workflow-based logic and ability to illustrate a documented process description as a workflow diagram. - Experience with Process and Task Mining - Demonstrated experience in developing business cases in the E&C industry and participated in at least 5 full lifecycle automation and/or process transformation projects - Serve as a liaison between the business area/market sector and technical professionals through which business requirements for Automation use cases canbe generated. - Prepare materials and lead workshops/meetings with representatives from various business units and back office functions (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) to document business requirements, draw the current state business processes & metrics, and to develop efficiency estimates for the automation use cases. - Drive the assessment of specific automation & process use cases and garner agreements around process standardization and/or development of a process change implementation roadmap around the specific use case(s). - Prepare use case artifacts such as process design documents, business requirements document, and process workflows/maps. Other artifacts needed to acquire agreements from stakeholders and for hand-offs to the design and implementation teams as needed. - Collaborate on and review the project/delivery plan in conjunction with the project management functions to ensure that business requirements are suitably being met. - Partner with business stakeholders and Automation Leader to prioritize automation use cases and to maintain the automation opportunity pipeline. - Drive the adoption of best practices around the business analysis and opportunity qualification approach. - Support the Automation Leader in assessing each business case submitted for Make your own Job Description PDF with Wisestep.comautomation and by providing data to support the Return-on-Investment evaluation of the business case. - Conduct educational sessions with the businesses to promote the automation engagement process (intake, requirements, qualification, ROI analysis, development, delivery, maintenance). - Keen analytical and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated ability to present business requirements to technical and non-technical audience as well as prepare clear and concise written/digital documentation. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and efficiently working to prioritize and cater to the requests from key stakeholders. - Financial acumen to facilitate the development and assessment of business case value. - Experience working with global and virtual teams. - Bring a 'best practice' approach to the work and the team with an eye for optimizing operations and bias towards digital work and solutions Minimum years of experience 08+ Zameer Mohd Direct : +1 218 660 0298 zameer.m@avanceservices.us
