CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR Cedar City, UT

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Process burglar, fire and other alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally in stressful situations in English Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way and notify responsible parties Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Work in a fast paced environment taking 20-40 calls per hour Learn and use new software (Stages) to complete multiple tasks Type a minimum of 40 wpm Remain calm in stressful situations Willing to work one weekend day per week and some holidays Attend a mandatory paid two-week training class 4.5 hours per day (Monday through Friday) Pass a test at the end of each week of training with 85% or higher Punctual and consistent attendance Ability to multi-task
