    We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager with solid leadership abilities who can grow with us. You will collaborate with our General Manager to plan and oversee Avanti's daily operations and assume the GM's responsibilities when they are not on the property. This position is responsible for leading our hourly staff and ensuring our guests have a 5-star experience. The ideal job seeker is someone who exudes tenacity, has plenty of energy, and maintains a professional attitude while managing a high-volume bar and food collective. Our perfect hire will round out a competent leadership team to oversee and manage day-to-day floor operations for and leading a crew of more than sixty employees. Leadership positions are also awarded a $200/month post-tax reimbursement for cell phone, fuel, and meals, in addition to a quarterly incentive program based on budgeted revenue. Responsibilities: • Assist the GM & Director of Operations to develop a full-year plan that takes into account the market, local competitors, trends, revenue, and expenses • Recruit, interview, train, and motivate a team of 60+ FOH leaders/team members • Coach and mentor members of the leadership team • Conduct performance reviews with assistant managers and team members while consistently holding them accountable through performance management • Responsible for floor leadership during high-volume shifts • Liaise with the Director of Marketing & Director of Events for successful activations and private event operations • Work with the GM and Bar Manager to ensure seamless execution of the beverage program Qualifications: • Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Passion for hospitality and customer service • 3+ years experience in a leadership role preferred • Multiple years of bar or high-volume restaurant experience • Experience leading large and eclectic teams • Must possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Strong guest-focused mentality Compensation: $70,000 - $88,000 yearly
