Our perfect hire will round out a competent leadership team to oversee and manage day-to-day floor operations for multiple restaurants, leading a crew of more than sixty employees. Leadership positions are also awarded a $200/month post-tax reimbursement for cell phone, fuel, and meals, in addition to a quarterly team incentive/bonus program. Responsibilities: • Facilitate a fun and collaborative working environment • Supervise and manage the floor on a day-to-day basis • Set the team up for success each day • Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees • Take charge during high-traffic shifts and act as a resource to all hourly team members • Ensure a clean and well-maintained building • Create a strong rapport with first-time guests and regulars • Supervise bar operations at an extremely high-volume establishment Qualifications: • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment • 2+ years of Management Experience is preferred but not mandatory • At least one year of bar/high-volume restaurant experience • Ability to stay organized and communicate • Knowledge of the Toast POS system is a plus • Capacity to work with unique cocktails, local beers, and a variety of spirits • Ability to lead large teams • Demonstrated track record in cost control and identifying areas of improvement Compensation: $63,000 - $75,000 yearly
