    We are searching for an experienced General Manager to lead our vibrant Avanti F&B team in Denver, CO. As the leader of this high-volume and dynamic food collective, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business including the oversight of the day-to-day operations, staff management, the guest experience, and strategic planning. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop the leadership team to ensure the best possible service and product quality. This position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year and a chance to join an ambitious and passionate team that is committed to excellent service and has growth on the horizon. Responsibilities: • Assist the Director of Operations to develop a full-year plan that takes into account the market, local competitors, trends, revenue, and expenses • Recruit, interview, train, and motivate a team of 60+ FOH leaders/team members • Coach and mentor the leadership team • Conduct performance reviews with leaders and team members and consistently hold them accountable through performance management • Responsible for floor leadership during high-volume shifts • Assist Director of Marketing with direction and creative promotions and community events • Work with the Director of Operations to ensure seamless execution of the beverage program • Have fun and work as a team! Qualifications: • Passion for hospitality and customer service • 3+ years experience in a leadership role overseeing a team • Multiple years of bar or high-volume restaurant experience • Experience leading large and eclectic teams • Must possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Strong guest-focused mentality • Ability to manage a budget, analyze spending, and provide input on potential improvements • Experience with craft cocktails and local/specialty beer options Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
