Overall responsibilities:

• Help with CRM data entry for leads coming in from non-automated lead sources.
• Assist In new workstream for lead entry for new ROI generating lead channels.
• Help test Microsoft Sales Copilot and provide contributions to the workstream.
• Engage In workstream for contact management and contact record keeping in CRM.
• Help transfer new eShop user contacts to CRM as they register.
• Help with analytics and CRM optimization driven commercial Initiatives.
• Intern will get valuable entry level experience and exposure to how a commercial organization operates from an analytics perspective.

Required Skills:

• Quick learner
• Savvy computer skills. For example: tasks such as learning a new CRM Program. Basic programming and Microsoft excel skills are a plus.
• On track for major in marketing/Information systems/operations/finance or interests in economics/mathematics and seeking to apply to business operations.
• Organizational skills.
• Operationally or process-oriented thinker.

Opportunity is onsite 3 to 4 days per week for 8 to 10 weeks in our Pine Brook, NJ headquarters.
