Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phones calls and enter orders received via phone.

• Generate and release Warehouse Shipment Documents

• Process faxed, emailed, standing orders and web orders

• Field client inquiries on order status; provide tracking for orders

• Field in-bound pricing inquiries from existing customers and notify applicable sales

person of the inquiry

• Log incoming customer calls and any customer complaints or issues into CRM

• Process returns and replacements

• Run reports as required daily

• Process sample orders and quotes

• Assist sales representatives with questions such as availability, pricing, and cost inquiries

• Update customer information and special notes

• Update contract pricing

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in similar role

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Organized and accustomed to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to quickly process orders

• Knowledge Microsoft ERP & CRM

• Skilled verbal and oral communication skills

• Superior organizational skills and time management

• Detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Capacity to follow complex instructions

• Track record of consistently going above and beyond for customers
