Avenue Body Shop is an independent, family operated body shop in the mission of San Francisco. Our shop has been here for 25+ years and has a loyal customer base. We look out for them and for our team. We're strong enough to survive a pandemic, smart enough to never swindle a customer and kind enough to treat our employees with care.

We are small so our team feels like family. The work is mostly comprised of data entry, phone calls, photographing damage and customer reception and vehicle delivery. So if you're familiar with a keyboard and are good at listening, you'll do well here. 

Responsibilities:

• General office duties, including filing, organizing, mailing, copying, etc.
• Phones, E-mails & Customer Service
• Greet walk-in customers and create a warm welcoming environment
• Greeter for Insurance Company Adjusters
• Data Entry of customer and vehicle information
• Photographer of vehicle damage & repairs
• Provide office support for management team as needed
• Small organizational projects as they arise

Requirements

• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• Self-starter who is able to multi-task when needed
• 2 or more years work experience in office/administrative position
• Fluency with PC
• Courteous and Professional Phone Skills
• Attire: Business Casual
• Positive Attitude, Ready for a fast paced environment
• Detail-oriented and Accountable

• Starting salary is $18-$22/hour, depending on experience

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
