What's the Job?
This Data Division works in pods and each pod works on a plethora of projects. You will be designing, building, and deploying Predictive Models, other various Machine Learning models, and analytical solutions. You will have the opportunity to be involved in supply and demand forecasting, segmentation, creating algorithms that determine pay for medical professionals, determining bill rates for clients, and job matching.
This will be a position that operates cross-functionally with various internal teams but also external partners. Aside from the model building and technical work, you will be involved in the analytics and business side of the house, driving strategy and the company roadmap.
