    Job Description

    The challenge of the Technical Project Manager:

    We are actively seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to be the lead subject matter expert for our customer’s manufacturing test & repair data and assembly genealogy data systems. You will have the chance to network with multiple teams, suppliers, engineers, as well as a dream team of experts to maximize support.

    Your contribution in this role:

    • Train and onboard contract manufacturers/suppliers to the client’s home-grown manufacturing test & repair and assembly genealogy data systems
    • Track various onboarding/project activities and serve as the point of contact for multiple teams working with various contract manufacturers/suppliers
    • Provide technical guidance to contract manufacturers/supplier’s Test Engineers and Quality Engineers on how best to utilize the data collection systems
    • Validate, using SQL, the contract manufacturers/supplier’s data within databases to ensure high quality and trustworthy data is being sent
    • Develop and/or improve onboarding documentation, including "best practices" for various types of products and contract manufacturers/suppliers
    • Continuously improve onboarding processes to increase program efficiency
    • Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the product development initiatives
    • Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation, communication plans, process training, etc.
    • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
    • Support sales areas as Technical Project Manager to push for complex projects and create confidence with the customer to work with Averna. This includes the creation of information to our department showing our capabilities as engineering team including industry trends, standards and typical industry challenges to test their products.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate in a few words:

    Degree:

    • A bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, data science, other STEM disciplines with a focus on data analysis

    Minimum qualifications :

    • 5+ years managing projects in high-visibility and strategic programs
    • 3+ years experience within test/manufacturing engineering/production environment
    • 3+ years experience with data analysis and validation utilizing SQL
    • 3+ years experience involving customers and/or external contract manufacturers

    Preferred qualifications :

    • Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery
    • Understanding of Databases and Cloud Technologies
    • Knowledge in the integration of test platforms and industrial automation
    • Six Sigma certified

    Communication :

    • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
    • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of developers, engineers, product owners, and subject matter experts
    • Strong ownership of responsibilities and skilled at escalating issues when necessary
    • Communicates proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

    • No travel requirements

    Schedule :

    • Flexible schedule and location
    • Able to host regular calls during contract manufacturers and supplier’s working hours (approximately GMT+6 to GMT +9) - Asia and California
