Our customer in Rialto, CA is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Representative to join their team. This person will be working for a growing manufacturing company and helping with a wide range of responsibilities.

This person will help to drive culture, and be hands on to help with floor initiatives. In addition, this person will be running policies and procedures, run employee engagement and recognition activities, along with perform some payroll functions. This person should have some experience and understanding of California law.
