Our customer in Michigan City, IN is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team. This person will be focused on optimizing the current purchasing, materials and logistics departments. They have some great people and processes in place but really want a strong strategic person to optimize processes to prepare for projected growth. This person will work on consolidating vendors, negotiating large contracts, manage inventory and make sure people are trained accurately. 

Our customer does a lot of custom work so they need someone who can handle a lot of variety. They have a great team in place so they need someone who can motivate the team and maximize their strengths.

Qualifications:

• Strong Leadership experience
• Experience with purchasing, forecasting and inventory control
• Strong ERP experience - Siteline preferred but not required
• Process and procedure creation and optimization experience
