Our customer in the South Bend, IN area is looking for a part time HR Generalist to support their growing team. This role would be 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Some of the key responsibilities would be:
Recruiting, on-boarding, training, payroll
Manage and improve HR processes
Maintain employee records, timecards, handbooks, policies, and procedures
