-Making appointments -Greeting customers -Counter Sales -Contacting customers -Sourcing parts -Writing estimates -Communicating customer concerns to technicians -Controlling inventory -Ordering -Collecting payments -Explaining services to customers -Customer follow up -Addressing customer's complaints -Driving and moving vehicles  -Learning new products and technical information

Qualifications for an Inventory Specialist- must be high energy, team driven, and have proven costumer service skills.
