    ROLE DESCRIPTION

     

    The Systems Analyst will be a critical role to support the organization, mainly the supply chain and finance teams) in the optimal use of the ERP solution. The main responsibilities of this role are to develop, coordinate, implement, and maintain NetSuite systems and interchanges. Responsibilities include:

     

    • Responsible for gathering data and conducting analysis with the goal of improving the supply chain operations
    • Collect and analyze data to monitor performance against targets & trends, to identify problematic areas and recommend solutions
    • Resolves processing problems and keeps the appropriate people informed.
    • Assisting in optimizing and maintaining current NetSuite instance.
    • Perform validation analysis to ensure data and inventory reconcile between third party locations and NetSuite.
    • Analyze and design specifications used for enhancements and extensions in EDI applications, interfaces, and mappings. All EDI testing, implementations, and upgrades.
    • Implement EDI processing by developing new EDI maps, performing testing and setup of an EDI partner
    • Processes EDI transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Receive, format, and process non-standard EDI transactions.
    • Disseminate knowledge of key EDI related activities to others within the organization.
    • Establish system processing standards by documenting current and improving upon existing EDI processes.
    • Performs other projects as assigned

     

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

     

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with NetSuite (in any capacity)
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience working experience with EDI (understands the different transactions)
    • Excel (Pivot tables, vlookups, index matches level) proficiency is required
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Javascript experience is preferred
    • A passion for natural food and healthy eating as well as a desire to change the way we think about ingredient labels
    • Experience with True Commerce a plus
    • The position is for an immediate virtual start, with potential for in-office work at our Chicago office starting in 2021.
