**Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH) is looking for an **Aircraft Completions R &D Hardware Engineer 3 in Savannah, GA
Position Purpose:
Assists with the planning, coordination, performance of design, analysis and liaison engineering supporting the development and production of aircraft products and services

Discover and evaluate new/novel technologies for practical application within the aircraft environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement electrical systems and solutions.
Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with aviation standards and safety regulations.
Create functional prototypes for evaluation and analysis
Develop and execute test procedures for electrical systems and components to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Generate technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and reports.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in electrical system design, testing, and problem solving.
Proficiency in using relevant software tools and programming languages.
Strong understanding of electrical standards, safety practices, and industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to mentor junior engineering staff
Knowledge of CAD software and simulation tools.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
Previous transportation experience
Experience in RF and wireless communications

The estimated pay range for this position is $61.00 per hour.
