    During your first year, you’ll learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. Nearly all of our managers started out in entry level positions with Aviatrix and helped define their own career path that took them to where they are today. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting our Government Sales Manager to serve our US Government Customers by providing quality aircraft parts. You will be involved in preparing bid packages, sourcing parts, and special projects. You will build and maintain excellent working relationships with our customers, vendors, and employees. As you progress, you’ll be evaluated every step of the way. Your own initiative and capabilities, coupled with your ability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively, will dictate how fast you advance.

    Qualifications Include:

    · Must be at least 18 years old

    · Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

    · Must have a valid Driver’s License

    · Bachelor’s degree or 2 years relevant experience required

    Starting salary is $36,000 to $41,000. Our employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, long-term disability, life insurance and three weeks paid time off per year. We also offer a 401(k) plan with a company match.
