Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and common areas.

Manage reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and services.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist in the preparation and execution of hotel events and promotions.

Perform light maintenance tasks as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.

Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
