AVID PLUMBING IS SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO JOIN OUR TEAM. EMPLOYEE WILL BE PERFORMING DUTIES WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREAS BELOW, BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:
Provide excellent customer service to all of our customers
Data entry, billing, scheduling and dispatching
Answer calls and document important information
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Communicating with customers through various channels; acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate staff
Operate and manage a multi-line telephone system
Gaining product knowledge
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency
Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation
Ability to understand industry and company terminology to communicate with our technicians
Communication with field staff on scheduling needs
Direct daily part deliveries to field staff
Requirements:
Provide outstanding customer service
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Previous CSR experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Positive team player attitude
$15/hour - $19/hour base wage + additional earning potential depending on experience.
The work schedule for this position is as follows:
Monday - Friday (no weekends required)
7am-3:30pm
Job location - 2210 South Beltline Court, Madison, WI 53713
