We’re hiring a new Area Manager for our expanding Atlanta, GA region. We’re accepting applications until the end of April, but will be flexible on the starting date for the right candidate.

INDUSTRY
The solar industry worldwide is expected to grow by 4x from $52B in 2018 to $223B in 2026 (alliedmarketresearch.com1/2021). With incentives increasing and the cost of Solar power decreasing, the Solar Power industry is growing rapidly. Keeping up with demand is exciting and provides immense opportunity. We are in need of good people to help communicate the benefit of solar to residential prospects on preset appointments.
AVOLTA
Avolta, founded in 2015, has been recognized as an elite solar company known for compensation and work-life balance. With over $70 million in revenue in 2020 we are confident in our ability to grow in 2021. Through a blend of traditional and innovative marketing we are able to generate pre-set appointments for our Area managers.
This position reports to our Atlanta Region Manager, Tareq Butler who has been in the solar industry for 5 years.
In broad terms, an Area Manager is responsible for the following: Review proposals submitted from marketing. Selling residential solar through preset appointments. (No canvassing required) Ensure on-time arrival to daily customer appointments Provide exceptional customer service – “Customer obsession is our advantage.”
Our average Area Manager earns $105,000 in their first full year. Opportunities to advance are available within the first 24 months.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills and attention to detail. You should either have experience in the service industry or sales and be willing to learn more about the solar industry. Also, we’re looking for someone that can work well independently.
