Avondale Care Group, located in midtown Manhattan, is a Licensed Home Care Agency with more than 15 years providing exceptionally high level of senior care in their homes as well as individualizes support for clients living in Senior Residences. We are currently hiring a talented and motivated BILINGUAL HR COMPLIANCE OFFICER for our main office located in Manhattan, New York.
· In Office Position
· Schedule: Mon-Fri
· Shift: 9am - 5pm
· Salary: $40k
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for preparing and sending compliance communications to field and admin employees
· Ability to set priorities and adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple projects within established time frames.
· Discreetly handle sensitive employee reports or information.
· Enter Pre-employment and annual compliance items
· Enter new employees in E-Verify
· Enter and remove employees from CHRC, HCR
· Reminding employees of their upcoming expiring compliance documents
· Scheduling Fingerprint Appts for employees
· Enter new and Maintain existing employee profiles in HHA Exchange
· Stays knowledgeable on legal/regulatory developments as well as evolving best practices in HR compliance
· Develops and implements ongoing audit processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
· Prepare Files for Audits
