    COMP RANGE: $33/hr

    SCHEDULE: Part-time, 20 hours per week, with opp to grow to full time within 12 months

    WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

    Nomi Network is seeking an intuitive and enthusiastic HR generalist to provide human resources support and administration across the U.S with an emphasis on compliance. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting, administering, and communicating HR programs, policies, and procedures supporting employee engagement across the employment life cycle to assist and drive future growth through onboarding and organizational development focused on staff satisfaction. This is a remote position with required travel once per quarter.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Proven experience as an HR Generalist, at least 5 years in human resources required

    BSc/BA in human resources or a relevant field

    Proficiency with technology, including MS Office, HRIS systems, and performance management platforms

    OBJECTIVE OUTCOMES

    You will support the Director of Operations in managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, engagement, and exit processes.

    You will provide HR support for onboarding and offboarding in partnership with the hiring manager, focused on ensuring I-9 completion and compliance, payroll and benefits administration for new hires, and provide appropriate compliance and orientation.

    You will maintain knowledge of and ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations, updating employee handbook and policies as needed.

    You will provide training, communication, and support to employees regarding human resources policies and procedures.

    You will be the first point of contact for employee and HR-related issues and provide resolution by supporting employees and managers in various HR-related topics and employee relations.

    You will support the processing of payroll and administering of benefits and provide issue resolution.

    You will assist with performance management tasks, administration, and documentation
