Avra Talent was founded around the idea that the way startups were approaching hiring was flawed. Our founder experienced this pain point herself at her previous startup and while working with a variety of growing tech companies.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
We're looking for a founding partner focused on all things revenue to grow our current agency business, knowing that in a year or so we will be disrupting ourselves and pivoting to a product-first company. This is a unique role where you will be responsible for all revenue-generating activities including sales, partnerships, referral programs, of the current offering; and in the future will pivot with the company to focus on B2B sales of the product.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
5-10+ years experience as a Founder, Director/VP or Head of Sales of a scaling startup, where you have taken an existing product and improved its reach and customer base through multiple stages of growth
Experience working remotely, or managing distributed teams

BONUS - Experience managing capital – investor relations, capital planning, budgeting, cash flow management, FP&A
BONUS - MBA or similar degree
