    WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS 

    We're looking for a founding partner focused on all things revenue to grow our current agency business, knowing that in a year or so we will be disrupting ourselves and pivoting to a product-first company. This is a unique role where you will be responsible for all revenue-generating activities including sales, partnerships, referral programs, of the current offering; and in the future will pivot with the company to focus on B2B sales of the product.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • 5-10+ years experience as a Founder, Director/VP or Head of Sales of a scaling startup, where you have taken an existing product and improved its reach and customer base through multiple stages of growth

    • Experience working remotely, or managing distributed teams

    • Our vision speaks to you—passion for the world of work/human capital + improving the experience of “matching” on both sides (workers/companies)

    • BONUS - Experience managing capital – investor relations, capital planning, budgeting, cash flow management, FP&A

    • BONUS - MBA or similar degree

    OBJECTIVE OUTCOMES 

    • You will create a process for prospecting, qualifying and closing leads
    • You will develop and lead our “Connector” referral program
    • You will develop and lead our Domain Expert network
