    Quality Control Specialist ("QC") Our award-winning firm is currently seeking a motivated Quality Control Specialist to join our team. A Quality Control Specialist (“QC”) plays a vital role in the Intake Department by assisting the Intake representatives once a file has been vetted by intake and/or a new client has signed an agreement to be represented by the firm. QC assures that all data is entered accurately, thoroughly, and on time. Specifically, QC enters pertinent client and file information into the firm’s client management system prior to the file being pushed through to the firm’s Case Management Department. QC also works closely with our intake specialists, case managers, and attorneys. To be successful in this role, a QC should have strong teamwork and time-management skills, excellent organization abilities, and be task-oriented and meticulous in comprising and transferring data. Performing well in this role serves as a great launchpad into the role of intake representative. Responsibilities: • Review the work of intake specialists, including initial consultation notes, case information, and appointment schedules • Verify that all information is accurate and complete, with a keen eye for detail • Identify any errors or discrepancies and work closely with the intake specialists to resolve them promptly and effectively • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control reviews Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred • Prior experience in quality control, data analysis, or a similar role is preferred • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with personal injury law and the legal process is a plus Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly
