    Our dynamic law firm is searching for an experienced and dedicated Case Management Supervisor to join our team! As a Personal Injury Case Management Supervisor, you will oversee a team of case managers responsible for guiding clients through the legal and administrative processes related to personal injury claims. You will ensure that cases are managed efficiently, clients receive appropriate support and information, and legal requirements are met. This role requires a combination of managerial skills, legal knowledge, and empathy to support clients during challenging times. Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise a team of personal injury case managers, providing guidance, training and support • Oversee the entire life cycle of personal injury cases, ensuring timely and accurate case progression • Provide guidance on complex cases and ensure proper resolution strategies are employed • Ensure that clients receive clear and timely communication about the status of their cases, legal options, and next steps • Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance metrics • Collaborate with attorneys and other departments to streamline cases processes and enhance overall efficiency Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field: legal education or certification is a plus • Proven experience in personal injury case management, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role • In depth understanding of personal injury law and legal processes • In depth understanding of injuries, medical treatment and medical terminology • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software • Bilingual in Spanish Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
