     Our development team is very lean. Lean software development (agile development) is an essential methodology for our development processes, and each member of our team is trained in agile software development methods and is capable of leading a team that adheres to these processes.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

    • 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering required
    • 3-5 years experience working in a Back End Development role 
    • Individual Contributor having strong knowledge and hands-on Experience doing projects in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API.
    • 2-3+ years of experience using web-based technologies (C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, etc.)
    • SQL
    • Knowledge of debugging web API with tools like Fiddler, Postman,etc.
    • Familiarity with Azure & GitHub 
    • Design Patterns for employee software
    • Create Architectural System Design and Analysis

    The Awardco engineers are responsible for an array of duties, including managing the development of new features, changes to our existing code, and improving overall product performance by optimizing existing workflows and code blocks. We expect our development team to be dynamic, display leadership qualities, bring fresh ideas to improve the product, and be enthusiastic to take on new problems as we continue to expand the recognition and incentive industry. 

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  

    • Manage the entire life-cycle of a product, including; story-board product changes, design user experience/workflow, APIs, and database tables/server-side development.
    • Design and write complex code in several languages relevant to our existing product stack.
    • Lead projects from conception, through deployment and support. Document the specific, detailed requirements for each product, component, or feature under his purview.

     

    STARTING BASE SALARY

    • $100,000+, based on experience
