Responsibilities:

- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates for open positions

- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies

- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

- Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates

- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Head Hunter

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and strategies

- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment goals

- Experience in commission-based pay structures is a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
