You have direct hands on experience designing websites that convert into sales.

You are 50% branding and 50% closing sales.

You are obsessive about testing and continuously improving conversions.

You are a student of direct marketing and time tested and proven closing techniques

You have a team of writers you work with to create great copy.

You will provide expert creative guidance on the overall look, feel and functionality of web design projects.

You are a team player that understands that great creative is a collaborative process that involves embracing conflicting points of view.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of direct to consumer web design experience focusing on sales conversions.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.

Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, creative briefs, and full creative treatments.

A degree in design, information technology or computer science is a plus.
