Position Summary: Swim Instructors provide high-quality swim instruction to swimmers of all ages and abilities, including adaptive swimmers. Instructors focus on water safety, skill development, confidence-building, and creating a positive experience for every swimmer.

Responsibilities:

Teach swim lessons to children, teens, and adults

Work with swimmers of varying abilities, including individuals with disabilities

Follow lesson plans while adapting instruction to individual needs

Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

Communicate professionally with families and staff

Uphold all safety and facility policies

Qualifications:

Swimming experience required (competitive, recreational, or instructional)

Teaching, coaching, or childcare experience preferred

Comfortable working with all ages and adaptive swimmers

Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
