Job Description

Axcess Staffing is currently seeking Delinquent Accounts Specialists for roles in the North Richland Hills area. In this role you will resolve escalated accounts placed for third-party collections, as well as perform audits to ensure accuracy of rates and matching.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Resolve escalated accounts 
• Audit all applicable documentation to ensure proper rates and matching 
• Maintain daily communication with customers and service centers 
• Manage Returned Item process and communication
• Prepare all applicable internal/external documentation related to bankruptcy
• Communicate with external bankruptcy legal counsel 
• Identify potential for process improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance - or equivalent work experience 
• Two years business-to-business experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Paralegal experience a plus
• 1-3 years of logistics or transportation experience a plus
