We are looking for an HRIS Analyst with a Benefits background to join our team. This position will provide support to the HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams regarding system configuration, reporting, and issues.
Job Duties
- Benefit plan setup including employee and employer cost tables
- Configuration, testing, and ongoing support of online benefit enrollment website
- Auditing of benefits enrollment and data entry
- Reporting from the HRIS system, extract and analyze data
- Analysis of data from various sources to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Coordinate between benefit and payroll departments to ensure accurate payroll deductions
- Serve as a contact person for vendor and internal departments when software issues and/or questions arise related to the HRIS system and/or benefits
- Analyze current processes and recommend alternative solutions to improve efficiencies with the benefits department
- Analyze benefits documentation and advise on the best system setup
- Test updates to the HRIS system
- Review carrier reports and troubleshoot electronic data file feed errors
- Setup of new client onboarding and benefit enrollment in the HRIS system
- Troubleshoot automated workflows
- Review carrier reports and troubleshoot electronic data file feed errors
- Complete ACA reporting process
- Complete EEO-1 reporting
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years experience working in an HRIS role
- Benefits experience is a plus
- Advanced problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
