Axiom Professional Solutions is hiring for a Dispatcher position for one of our automotive dealerships in Tempe, AZ. This is an immediate hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Job Description:

Dispatch auto parts delivery drivers on-time, manage/monitor deliveries/pick-ups to ensure on-time and successful delivery execution for each order, data entry, inventory, pull/stock parts orders, engage in driver communication and other duties as needed.

• Full-Time Employee Position: Starts ASAP
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | Hours: 7 am to 4 pm (1 Hour Lunch)
• Reports to Parts Manager/Director

Job duties & functions include:

• Entering order information
• Assists with stocking/pulling parts
• Dispatching drivers for order pick-ups and/or part returns
• Performs invoice research as requested by the client
• Performing any and all additional duties as directed by supervisor
• General housekeeping tasks as required
• Follow all safety codes and maintains safe and clean working area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully at all times
• Operates with sense of teamwork
• Strong work ethic
• On-time attendance and dependability is a must
• Must be comfortable on a computer and able to work with dispatch software, preferred experience with Elite Extra software.
• Must be able to pass background

Compensation: $19 - $22 / hourly
