    Principle Express, is a fast-growing, financially stable, 3PL transportation Broker to the automotive wholesale dealer OEM parts industry. We have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant, located in Grapevine, Texas.

    The ideal, career minded applicant has 1-2 years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Billing Coordinator, Billing Specialist, Billing Analyst or a similar position with relatable skills and knowledge to perform the essential job duties and responsibilities described below.

    The candidates’ primary attributes should project a strong personality, bulldog mentality, with a strong focus on details. The candidate must be highly organized, an effective communicator with strong conflict management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must possess a people first mentality and a desire to win.

     

    Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm w/one hour lunch.

    Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 / hourly. Based on prior work experience.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Performs data entry for COD billing info utilizing software

    • Interface with company delivery drivers and customers (automotive dealerships), to answer questions and provide information

    • Process invoices/payables

    • Ensure drivers turn in checks for COD deliveries

    • Timely resolve billing discrepancies hence bulldog mentality

    • Answer and direct phone calls

    • Responds to all customer inquiries

    • Maintain customer contact lists

    • Produce and distribute correspondence, email, fax, letters and forms

    • Maintain filing system

    • Performing additional administrative duties as directed by supervisor

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Proven 1-2 years of work experience as an Admin Assistant or a similar position

    • Must have strong attention to detail for accuracy

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Proficient in MS Word/Excel and data entry tasks

    • Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills

    • Outstanding conflict management and problem-solving skills

    • Strong work ethic and trustworthy

    • Excellent time-management skills

    • Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job
