SUMMARY: The Jama Administrator will be responsible for managing the requirements database. The Jama Administrator will be tasked with importing new data, synchronizing updates, adding new users, managing permissions, and developing and maintaining workflows.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop workflows and configuration management processes in conjunction with Axiom’s configuration management team
• Import external specifications into Jama
• Manage users, user groups, and associated project permissions
• Synchronize updates across multiple projects
• Assist Systems Engineers during their requirements development
• Create and implement Jama training for both new hires and current employees
• Generation of export templates and reports in Jama’s Microsoft Office template generator and scripting language

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other STEM related field
• Five (5) to ten (10) years of requirements database management experience
• Innate familiarity with requirements management processes
• Familiarity with Jama, DOORS, or other requirements management database software suites
• Experience with Jama’s velocity report scripting language
DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other STEM related field
• Two (2) to five (5) years of requirements database management experience
• Familiarity with performing work in an Agile environment
