The HR Solutions Division at Axios HR is seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP). Reporting to the Director of HR Client Service Delivery, the position provides direct support, for 10-15 clients, as the lead contact for Axios HR. The HRBP works in partnership with our client leaders, managers, and employees, serving both as an expert practitioner and customer service professional. The HRBP will work to support his/her clients to meet their human resource goals. This consultative support is hybrid in nature, and may be on-site (client worksite locations), at our corporate office or off-site, working remotely.

WHAT DOES THE HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER DO?
Our HRBPs provide service delivery for assigned clients focused in four key areas:
Successful HRBPs possess a deep understanding of the HR Solutions business model and diagnose and respond to client projects, issues, and needs. Client locations vary across the state, and Midwest. Due to unprecedented client growth, we are looking for HR Professionals in West Michigan, Southeast (Detroit Metro) Michigan, and Northern Michigan. With additional client prospects in the current pipeline, your travels may include most of Michigan and possibly neighboring states.

DUTIES:
1. Plans, directs, and coordinates human resources activities and staff of the organization under a co-employment (Professional Employer Organization) or ala carte service (Administrative Services Organization) model.
2. Coordinates amazing customer service with assigned HR Operations’ teammates (Payroll Administrator, Benefits Specialist, Leave of Absence Specialist & HR Coordinator, Care Team).
3. Provides quality Human Resource management services to assigned client companies through onsite and offsite HR support to employees, management, and leaders.
4. Responds to daily requirements for reporting, analysis, compliance, performance management, and investigations.
5. Applies specialized HR knowledge and skills to client problems and questions
6. Fully utilizes deep domain specialists within Axios HR (i.e. Absence Management, Benefits, HRIS, Reporting) to bring the breadth of Axios HR to the client situation.
