To help us drive excellence, as a Materials Administrator you’ll get to:
- Maintains and updates all documentation related to the tracking of projects, including timelines, status sheets, quote logs, ECN logs, etc.
- Conducts a quality check of all outgoing documents and reports, verifying accuracy of data, information, and calculations
- Tracks purchasing activity for each project, and maintains Open PO logs
- Compares project financial metrics to standards and prepares non-conforming reports for review
- Places orders for office and maintenance supplies by determining what is needed and the quantity
- Performs all duties and operates office equipment according to MIOSHA standards, manufacturer’s instructions, and Company’s procedures
- Participates in continuous improvement activities by conforming to TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards and procedures and Company’s lean and six sigma initiatives
- Monitor, and communicate purchased items tracking from multiple vendors.
This full-time, salary role is a part of our Materials team and reports to the Materials Manager.
Required experience:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
