    Job Description

    We have the privilege of representing AT&T and raising brand awareness by assisting with their product launches and new customer acquisitions. Our retail marketing team is looking to hire a Direct Marketing Associate to work with customers on behalf of AT&T.

    We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal communication skills who want to work in a collaborative team.

    Our firm works with our client's customers face to face to launch their new products, assist with new customer acquisitions, help drive specific metrics, and even help maintain their existing clientele.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AT&T DIRECT MARKETING ASSOCIATE:

    • Promote client's product and services face to face to customers in a retail setting

    • Stay up to date on client services, products, and industry trends

    • Attend regular client training and office meetings

    • Greet and inform customers of the client's products and services

    • Communicate with managers and clients daily

    REQUIREMENTS OF THE AT&T DIRECT MARKETING ASSOCIATE:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Be a competitive, sports-minded individual

    • Hard-working, self-motivated individual

    • 0-1 year of the following experience: Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Retail, Promotions, Hospitality, and Restaurant Experience. (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED, a student mentality and willingness to learn is preferred over experience)
