WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Properly mix and administer all prescribed medications/hormone injections
• Use your fertility knowledge and experience to educate patients on the procedure and answer questions
• Visit patients at their home or office, drive between visits 
• The role will be part time with most visits between 5pm-10pm with some additional visits outside of those hours.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Certified LVN/LPN with fertility experience (required)
• Morning 7am-10am and evening 5pm-10pm availability
• Exceptional clinical and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, and 
• Able to pass a background check and provide references
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Smartphone and comfort using mobile apps
• Fully vaccinated against Covid
