JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Cloud Data Tech; data lakes and catalogues, containerization, data engineering, big data ( 4v's)
• Work closely with the client and broader Architecture, Platform and delivery teams to implement projects in Agile fashion
• Advise on database performance, altering the ETL process, providing transformations in SQL or MapReduce, discussing API integration and derive business and technical KPI's
• Possess in-depth working knowledge and hands-on development experience in building Distributed Big Data Solutions including ingestion, caching, processing, consumption, logging & monitoring
• Generate scalable and personalized insights for field reps, home office users, CXO, Brand leads
• Support Commercial Analytics for driving insights on Sales Performance, Campaign Management and Market Access

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in computer science and related, that includes information systems, management information systems, computer engineering, software engineering and information technology, or MBA
  • Analyst level: Bachelor’s degree
  • Associate level: Master’s degree / MBA
• Familiarity with Cloud Storage infrastructure and operationalizing cloud-based storage services & solutions
• Familiarity with following will be a plus:
  • Cloud Environments:  AWS, Snowflake or Azure
  • Business Intelligence:  Tableau, QlikSense, MicroStrategy, PowerBI
  • Data Transformation:  Informatica Power Center, IICS, Matillion
  • Data Processing:  SQL, Python
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must be able to represent Axtria and lead discussions with both technical and business leaders in the organization
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong aptitude toward problem solving and working with large data sets
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and documenting progress towards those deadlines
