    In-Home Sales Closer – NO LICENSE REQUIRED Are you looking to blaze a trail to making a six-figure income? Local real estate company is looking for an outstanding world-class B2C in-home, one call close, sales professional. In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential property owner leads (in-home). You’ll be expected to seal the deal on the first meeting on a daily basis, as you meet with 3 to 5 pre-qualified warm leads a day. This competitive and highly rewarding role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional. It is handsomely compensated by an uncapped 100% commission structure. Compensation: • Larger uncapped commissions, $100,000 potential first year earnings • Opportunity to be promoted to sales manager as the company expands (sales team overrides) • Opportunities for internal progression, across different cities • Personal growth and sales training Responsibilities: • Pre-meeting: 10% of your time will be spent reviewing the online property file to confirm target buy price • Pre-meeting: 15% of your time will be spent driving to and from appointments • Onsite: 5% of your time will be spent assessing property for repair cost (quick 7-minute assessment) • Onsite: 70% of your time will be spent building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal onsite • Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections • Attend internal team collaboration meeting to get alignment and make adjustments on how we can better serve you in the field • Exceed sales revenue targets for the month • Self-generate new clients using proven techniques Qualifications: • Must have strong experience with one call in-home close and overcoming objections • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting • Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using various sales techniques to 'always be closing' • Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind and flexibility in approach • Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills • Must have exceptional listening, rapport building and problem-solving skills One Call Close Sales / In-Home Sales / Door-to-Door Sales / Senior Outside Sales / New Business Closer / B2C Outside Sales Representative / B2B Outside Sales Representative / Territory Sales Manager / New Business Closer / Senior New Business Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Director / Director of Business Development Must have a hunter’s mentality suited to: Compensation: $100,000++ commission
