We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Ayoub N&H is a leading home services company in DC, MD and VA providing the sales and service of new flooring, carpet, and rugs. Our company is perfect for those who have a desire to grow and are seeking a career in the customer service field.  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Schedule service for new and existing clients
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients
• Make outbound calls to new and existing clients
• Assist managers with administrative tasks

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to retain information and coaching/training
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to handle some physical workload
