Qualifications: • California Real Estate License required • 3-years of verifiable experience in the operations side of the real estate industry • Excellent written and oral communication skills – in English required. Ability to tailor messages • Tech and Social Media Savvy and experience with MLS, CRMs, MS Office • Excellent interpersonal and phone skills • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Ability to establish priorities with competing tasks • Focused on meeting deadlines and work well under pressure • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Flexible schedule client-focused with a service-based attitude • High integrity and interpersonal skills handling sensitive and confidential situations Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
