    • Develops new sales, maintains relationships with new and existing clients and provides them with products and services that ensure client satisfaction. **

    **General Accountabilities
    **

    • Manages and grow existing cargo & passenger charter accounts.
    • Coordinate all aspects of charter sales.
    • Generate new business leads from start to finish.
    • Develops profitable and sustainable sales growth of all assigned accounts.
    • Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers.
    • Hands-on task daily; process quotations ,collects payment for air transportation, arrange bookings and check-ins.
    • Manage day-to-day schedule for flights, assign pilots to aircraft, make changes and keep constant contact with all the parties involved on each flight.
    • Prepare the packages for each flight, communicate international travel procedures such as passport, visa and other requirements
    • Communicate and follow up with clients to present quotes for financial considerations and to determine proper documentation for cargo or passenger charter before departure.
    • Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients.
    • Identifies new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers.
    • Conduct regular reviews to improve work efficiency.

    **Job Qualifications
    **

    • Education: Associate's degree or similar.
    • Experience: 5-7 years of charter sales or related experience
    • Experience in sales for cargo or passenger charter flights.
    • Proficient in all Microsoft applications, computer literacy, CRM software, Excel, Word.
    • Previous experience on booking and quote systems.
    • Must be available to work on holidays & weekends **
