    Job Summary: The Principal Cloud Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud operations. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow implementation, Windows 11, desktop imaging, shell scripting, and Azure support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure cloud services and a proven track record of managing complex network environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security utilizing Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.

    Oversee the deployment and management of Windows 11 and desktop images across the organization.

    Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate network tasks and processes.

    Provide support and management for Azure cloud services, including virtual networks, VPNs, and other related services.

    Have a deep understanding of IaaS and PaaS services offered on various cloud services and understand how to use them together to build simple to complex solutions.

    Monitor and troubleshoot NetApp Cloud Manager, Cloud System Manager and Cloud Volumes ONTAP to ensure on-prem data is properly replicated to Azure for COOP capabilities.

    Monitor system and network health/performance using OMS and/or tools such as Azure Network Performance Monitor, Network Watcher, Log Analytics, etc.

    Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve network performance and security.

    Mentor and guide junior network engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering or a related role.

    Proven experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.

    Strong knowledge of Windows 11 deployment and desktop imaging.

    Proficiency in shell scripting for automation.

    Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and support.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, Azure certifications) are a plus.
