    Position Overview:
    We are looking for a skilled Azure Synapse Data Engineer with a strong background in data architecture, engineering, and analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions on the Azure Synapse platform to support our data-driven decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT, to ensure our data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage solutions using Azure Synapse.
    • Architect and implement scalable data solutions that meet the company's analytical and operational needs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop data integration strategies.
    • Monitor and maintain the performance of data solutions, including troubleshooting and optimizing queries, data pipelines, and storage systems.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture, processes, and best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Azure Synapse, data engineering, and data architecture to continually improve our data infrastructure.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Azure Synapse Data Engineer (5+ Years)
    • Strong experience in SQL development (5+ years)
    • Expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics, including Data Warehousing, Pipelines, and SQL Pools.
    • Strong proficiency in data modeling, ETL development, and data integration strategies.
    • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other Azure data services.
    • Solid understanding of database management, data security, and data governance principles.
    • Knowledge of Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data systems.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
